The leaves of Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don contain a large number diverse secondary metabolites, making them comparably complex. genus has received increased interest from scientists in recent years due to its extensive applications several domains, including the pharmaceutical sector, where precise characterization characteristics is required. An effective inquiry technique needed for chemo-profiling identify metabolites plant samples. main goal this research provide supplementary data on chemical composition twenty-five different accessions C. through application gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). study’s findings reveal existence vast phytochemicals, allowing comparison accessions. Furthermore, meticulous statistical analysis using principal components (PCA) and heatmap, hierarchical cluster (HCA) may aid providing more relevant information possible investigation their further scientific studies.
